Kumar Koneru also has over 35+ years of experience in multi-family apartments including Project Based Section 8 (HAP contracts) Apartment Complexes, Elderly Apartment Communities, Affordable Housing Apartment Complexes, and Conventional Apartment Buildings, along with Office buildings and Retail shopping centers. This extensive experience allows him to have an expert knowledge of property management that allows any property to reach its full potential.
IPI operates under the direction of the Corporate Headquarters, located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The "Headquarters" is just that– a base for all operations from human resources, sales, marketing, design, development, finance, and accounting. In addition to the corporate headquarters in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, IPI also employs over 700 people across all properties.
